Requirements
- Experience as an in-house talent partner or specialist agency recruiter
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategy and pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS and recruiting analytics
- Strong hiring manager partnership, candidate assessment and offer negotiation skills
- Experience supporting global hiring with speed, rigor and positive candidate experience
