Requirements

• Active Secret DoD or IC clearance required, TS/SCI preferred, U.S. Person status
• Based in San Diego or willing to relocate for in-person on-site work
• Experience using technology to solve hard operational problems via product, engineering or fielding tech in the military
• Track record of scoping ambiguous problems into testable hypotheses
• Persistence to iterate prompts and configurations until they work in real operations
• Curiosity about agentic AI and applying it to real workflows
• High ownership with ability to operate independently
• Clear writing to turn on-site work into actionable updates
• Professional presence with operators and senior leaders
