Requirements

• Must have US Persons status and hold an active U.S. TS Security clearance with SCI Eligibility
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong judgment across full-stack systems
• Experience building, evaluating, or operating coding agents, software engineering agents, or agentic developer tools
• Experience integrating multiple commercial software products and APIs across engineering workflows
• Strong product instincts and experience working directly with users and mission owners to ship solutions
• Excellent communication skills, cross-functional leadership, and project ownership
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS or other cloud services
• Willingness to travel to offsites, team syncs, and customer sites
