Requirements

• Strong product judgment with sound prioritization decisions
• Ability to form independent opinions from incomplete, conflicting inputs
• Experience with complex systems or platforms with emergent behavior
• Experience shipping products under security, infrastructure or deployment constraints
• High ownership and bias toward action to drive work to completion
• Technical fluency to engage engineers on constraints and tradeoffs
• Clear, direct communication of decisions, tradeoffs and reasoning
