Requirements

• 1+ years in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, or calendar-heavy operations
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail managing concurrent processes
• Strong written communication with warm, professional candidate tone
• Good judgment on moving meetings, escalating, and asking for help
• Experience with scheduling tools and calendar management; Greenhouse and Outlook preferred
• Ability to work across Pacific and Eastern time zones when necessary
• Experience at startup or high-growth company, technical recruiting, or defense preferred
