Requirements

• 15-20+ years in government or defense missions as retired O5/O6, senior enlisted, or civilian equivalent
• Deep expertise in a mission domain such as cyber, ISR, networks, or command and control
• Proven ability to scope, pitch, and sell technical solutions to senior government stakeholders
• Experience navigating budgets, requirements, authorities, timelines, and stakeholder dynamics
• Technical fluency to partner with product and engineering and translate concepts into mission narratives
• Scrappy, bias-to-action operator comfortable in ambiguity
• U.S. Person with current Top Secret DoD or IC clearance
