Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and operating scalable backend systems
• Strong backend expertise including modern backend languages, relational databases, distributed systems, and API design
• Comfortable owning end-to-end development including frontend work when needed
• Strong product intuition balancing user needs with engineering tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
• Experience with identity and authentication concepts including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, RBAC/ABAC, SSO
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one and desire to travel
