Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years providing direct executive support, project management, or event planning to senior leaders (VP+)
• Experience in fast-paced technology or startup environment
• Experience managing complex scheduling and logistics with external partners with confidentiality
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across teams
