Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture and advanced scripting
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow generative AI solutions including Now Assist or intelligent chatbots
• Mastery of client/server scripting in JavaScript and GlideScript and Service Portal widget customization
• Strong understanding of RAG frameworks, data structures and enterprise knowledge base search
• Proven track record managing multi-environment Update Set promotions, release cycles and tech debt reduction
• Exceptional technical communication skills presenting complex AI solutions and ROI to executives
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, CAD or implementation specialization preferred
