Ideal candidate

A seasoned FP&A leader who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments and loves turning complex financials into clear executive stories through strong partnership and influence.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related field
• 15-20+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance or highly analytical environment
• Highly efficient hands-on data querying to pull financial reports and manipulate large datasets (SQL highly preferred)
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with track record managing leadership reviews and cross-functional follow-ups
• Deep understanding of P&Ls in ride-share, hardware or mobility technology business
• Proven ability to build 3-statement and cash flow models from scratch
• Experience with cash forecasting, driver-based forecasting models (e.g. Anaplan) and/or CapEx modeling
• Experience translating finance business requirements to engineering teams for single source of truth
• Exceptional communication skills translating complex financial data into clear visual stories for executives
• Self-starter with bias toward action in unstructured, fast-paced environment
