Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years in systems engineering/integration or diagnostics for complex hardware/software systems
• 5+ years people management leading and growing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Track record leading full-system hardware/software bring-up and HIL testbed architecture
• Experience with base-vehicle interface integration across power, networking, actuation and OTA
• Experience scaling products from prototyping to high-volume manufacturing or fleet operations
• Strong partner management skills with external partners or OEM organizations
