Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Labor Relations or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of dedicated Employee Relations, Labor Relations and/or Employment Law experience in multinational or high-growth environment
• Track record conducting sensitive, multi-jurisdictional investigations with robust documentation
• Experience with European Works Councils and trade union bodies
• Deep knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulatory compliance
• Experience coaching and training international leaders, particularly US managers, on regional team management
• Track record building new programs from the ground up with high autonomy in ambiguous environments
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
