Requirements

• Mastery in real-time critical thinking and de-escalation during complex incidents
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated skill leading post-incident reviews and translating trends into playbooks
• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
• Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
