Requirements

• BA/BS in Facilities Management, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of account management, outsourcing management, or facilities operations managing multi-site portfolios
• Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets, service delivery contracts, and third-party vendor performance
• Deep understanding of change management, organizational leadership, and compliance for workplace strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to broad audiences
• Ability to work hybrid in the Los Angeles market and travel between multiple local sites
