Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, or Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of account management, outsourcing management, or facilities operations experience managing multi-site portfolios
• Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets, service delivery contracts, and third-party vendor performance
• Deep understanding of technological advances, change management, organizational leadership, and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present in formal settings
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in the assigned market location and travel between multiple local sites
