- 10+ years of experience in Automotive Engineering and Product Development
- 5+ years experience working in vehicle architecture and complete vehicle layout
- Proven ability to create and negotiate targets and requirements with OEMs and suppliers
- Experience communicating with clarity when interfacing with Directors and VPs
- Ability to work in ambiguity and resolve conflicting requirements
- Proficiency in using Catia or similar 3D CAD to develop concepts and build models
