Requirements

• 10+ years in program management, process engineering, or quality leadership in complex operations
• Proven senior program leadership scaling initiatives across cross-functional teams and vendors
• Mastery of process design and mapping tools including Lucidchart, Miro, Visio
• Data-driven expertise with CSAT, CES, contact rates and audit scores
• Experience in BPO/vendor management with quality calibration and global standards
• Bachelor's in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
