Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a specialty in industrial operations
• Highly proficient real estate acumen, including complex lease transactions, financial analysis, and portfolio management
• Demonstrated leadership experience building, managing, and mentoring diverse teams of real estate professionals
• Experience implementing and scaling charging infrastructure for an electric vehicle fleet, including utility upgrades
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with ability to influence across levels
• Experience partnering closely with facilities, eMobility, and property management stakeholders
