Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 10+ years in operations management, transit planning, emergency management or event operations
• Deep familiarity with Emergency Management frameworks like ICS or NIMS
• Ability to synthesize complex operations into crisp executive-level briefings
• Experience collaborating with Product, Public Affairs and Mapping teams
