Requirements

• 15+ years leading large-scope, multi-facility operations, technology deployment, logistics, or transportation systems
• Proven track record launching, scaling and transforming complex operations within Spain
• Experience with local labor law aspects (Works Councils / Comités de Empresa) and municipal infrastructure
• Expertise navigating Spanish/EU regulatory frameworks and safety-critical operational environments
• Experience setting operational vision, executive governance and large-scale change management
• Capability to partner with engineering and product executives to integrate hardware/software platforms
• Track record of full P&L oversight and multi-million-euro budget management
• Professional working fluency in Spanish and English
