Requirements

• BA/BS in engineering, manufacturing, automotive or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years in automotive or transportation development (e.g. aviation, space)
• Deep operations experience bringing up hardware and platforms in mission-critical environments
• Experience working with large cross-functional teams and external partners in program/product environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior and cross-functional audiences
