Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in automotive electronics program management or closely related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in automotive product development processes, systems and milestones
• Skilled in defining complex problems, achieving team alignment and delivering solutions to leadership
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities with ability to overcome obstacles and push back
• Proven track record managing multiple competing priorities in high-pressure environments
