Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years relevant HR experience in UK tech environments
• Deep understanding of UK labor laws, contracts and compliance
• Experience managing local disciplinary and performance frameworks
• Experience using HR data and metrics to drive decisions
• Track record partnering with senior business and engineering leaders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
