Requirements

• Experience influencing senior executives and cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones
• 12+ years in People strategy or programs, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management
• Experience leading international expansion into highly regulated markets including entity setup and compliance
• Experience building workforce plans, headcount models or location strategies with Finance and business leaders
• Experience turning analysis into clear recommendations and narratives for senior executives
• Track record operating independently, taking initiative and knowing when to escalate
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to ~25% of the time
