Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex programs where precision and attention to detail are critical
• Experience leading large high-stakes programs across Insurance, Product, Safety, Engineering, Ops
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clear decision-making
• Strong leadership with clear verbal and written communication
• Expertise scaling processes within complex, growing areas
