Requirements

• Workshop management experience supporting technician teams and testing environments
• Experience supporting rapidly changing software and hardware testing configurations across multiple platforms
• Ability to pivot resources and realign to dynamically shifting needs of accelerated programs
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical skills to identify developmental opportunities and communicate them effectively
