Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Operations, Fleet, Logistics or Automotive & Fleet Technology
• 7+ years in large-scale commercial operations, logistics or hardware manufacturing with 3+ years on EV platforms
• 5+ years overseeing regional fleet and maintenance workflows including repair-order performance
• Experience with diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), dashboarding and fleet metrics
• Experience managing multiple high-stakes technical projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs and audit vendor Standard Work and safety certifications
• Willing to travel 25% of the time
