Requirements
- 7+ years of strategic procurement experience, with at least 4+ years in IT, Software or Technology sourcing
- Deep expertise in SaaS licensing models and negotiating with Tier 1 software publishers
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate MSAs, EULAs, DPAs and Professional Services SOWs
- Experience managing hardware lifecycles and negotiating with VARs or OEMs
- Strong financial acumen with ability to present TCO analysis to Finance and Engineering leadership
- Ability to operate in high-velocity environment managing multiple concurrent renewals
