Requirements

• 15+ years progressive experience in commercial real estate development or construction, including 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing global portfolio
• Proven track record delivering large-scale capital projects $20M+ through concurrent deal flows
• Deep expertise across construction lifecycle including site selection, zoning/entitlements, permitting and site management
• Extensive experience structuring, reviewing and negotiating GMP, Design-Build or lump sum contracts with legal counsel
• Mastery of real estate financial metrics, cost estimation, risk forecasting and budget variance reporting
• Managed team of at least 5 FTEs with demonstrated leadership
