Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field (PhD preferred)
• Proven track record of senior technical leadership setting vision and mentoring senior engineers
• Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders into unified technical roadmap across competing priorities
• Hands-on technical leadership with deep knowledge of codebases, eval/data pipelines and model architectures
• Deep understanding of Foundation Models and perception architectures including post-training and fine-tuning
• Expert-level skills in Python, Numpy, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or JAX)
