Requirements

• Management experience with total team size over 25 with multiple sub-teams
• Managed multiple TLMs, each with team size of 6-8
• Proven experience as technical lead setting strategic direction for complex multi-team domains
• Experience working with Android/AOSP building platform features and frameworks
• Deep expertise spanning Android OS internals, C++ native layers, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and backend systems
• Strong system design skills decoupling monoliths and optimizing resource-constrained environments
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership across Product, UX, Systems and Hardware
• AI-native mindset with track record deploying agent systems to improve velocity
