Requirements

• Experience at a vehicle manufacturer or Tier 1 supplier in product development or engineering
• In-depth knowledge of tooling strategies for interior trim components
• Launched multiple vehicles through production ramp problem solving
• Co-developed surfaces and panel interfaces with studio team
• Strong supplier interaction and DFM experience during tooling launches
• Experience benchmarking competitor vehicles
• Understanding of vehicle assembly strategies and sequencing
• 5+ years experience in interior trim development
• Owned areas of a car from concept through to launch
