Requirements

• 6+ years professional software engineering experience with 4+ years in ML infrastructure
• Experience programming ML on TPU and GPU hardware with JAX, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience scaling large models with parallelism and distributed training
• Understanding of state-of-the-art ML models and accelerator profiling tools
• Ability to lead ambiguous technical initiatives end-to-end and build robust tooling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
