Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leading engineering teams of 5-15 people
• 7+ years hands-on experience in machine learning projects
• 7+ years building and deploying ML products in production environments
• Experience in Foundational Models, VLM or Deep Learning
• Strong coding experience in C++ and/or Python
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face transformers and ML deployment at scale
