Requirements

• Experience with distributed training frameworks such as Megatron-LM, Pathways, or DeepSpeed for multi-node parallelism
• Prior experience from leading video generation labs, foundation model startups, robotics institutes, or academic groups in physical AI or world simulation
• Background in generative modeling of LiDAR, imaging radar, and multi-camera rigs across diverse conditions
• Hands-on experience in action-conditioned world models, physics engines, vehicle dynamics, multi-agent traffic, or closed-loop simulators
• Experience with XLA/Pallas TPU or CUDA/Triton kernels, block-sparse attention over 100k+ tokens, and KV-cached serving
• Working proficiency in modern C++ for high-performance simulation integration
