Requirements

• Experience in real world testing in automotive, aerospace or robotics, including test equipment, data acquisition, and automated analysis
• Experience establishing new engagements with vendors providing engineering, testing, or operational services
• Ability to effectively lead large cross functional teams and projects without direct authority
• Demonstrated experience transitioning large engineering workflows to a new engineering organization
• Experience developing a new engineering organization and establishing methodologies and processes
