Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Program Management, or related operations roles in a fast-paced technology environment
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end TA programs, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives at scale
• Deep functional expertise in Enterprise ATS administration (preferably Greenhouse), enterprise ticketing platforms (ServiceNow), and sourcing CRM tools
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate recruiting health, synthesize data using advanced spreadsheet/visualization tools, and influence executive stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex challenges, utilizing critical thinking, and analysis
