Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years in ML infrastructure
- Experience developing, training, deploying and optimizing large-scale ML systems
- Experience with ML accelerator profiling tools to uncover bottlenecks
- Experience with ML frameworks such as DeepSpeed, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX
- Understanding of SOTA models like autoregressive and diffusion transformers and custom kernels
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects across organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
