Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing highly complex cross-functional programs
• Experience as a Technical Program Manager driving complex, large-scale execution across technical and operational domains
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Mapping teams
• Strong experience in data/configuration management, operational forecasting, or fleet/resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to establish process structure, write operational playbooks, and mitigate risks early
