Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex technical and operational training programs
• Expertise in training delivery methodologies with certification in effective training practice (ATD or equivalent)
• Experience with train the trainer programs and engaging facilitation
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and external training teams to deliver scalable programs
• Solid understanding and application of adult learning principles in technical training
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems for qualifications, enrollments and assessments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
