Requirements

• 7+ years professional automotive service instructional or educational experience
• Built, managed and/or maintained standard operating procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex topics
• Ability to present information confidently and effectively to groups
• Commitment to uphold highest standards for safety and quality
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships and external training teams
• Experience leveraging a Learning Management System to deploy and track training
