Requirements

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, systems architecture or related field with 8+ years vehicle experience
• Track record driving vehicle packaging and mechanical integration from concept to production
• Expert CAD and digital mockup leadership ensuring geometric compatibility and quality
• Experience with EBOM structure, release processes and PLM systems
• Ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams through ambiguity to delivery
• Strong collaborator skilled at aligning internal teams with external OEM partners
