Requirements
- 8+ years delivering data programmes as a technical programme manager
- Experience building or scaling a programme function and leading people
- Strong depth across data platforms and petabyte-scale infrastructure
- Understanding of data ingestion, multi-stage pipelines and DAGs
- Understanding of ML, GPUs and training and inference
- Proficiency with Databricks, Flyte, Ray, Kubernetes, Azure, Docker, Python
- Proficiency with AI agents such as Cursor, Claude or Codex
