A proactive people operator with Japanese HR grounding who thrives in white space, spots improvements and builds trust through considerate communication in Japanese and English.

Requirements

• At least one year in a People Operations or HR administrative role across the full employee lifecycle
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of Japanese HR administration including payroll, social and labour insurance and working-hours management
• Proactive improver who spots where things can work better and turns ideas into reality
• Able to manage several tasks in parallel with effective prioritisation
• Strong, considerate communicator who builds trust with employees, managers and external partners
• Fluent Japanese (N1 or above) with working English for written and verbal communication
• Desirable: experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment
• Desirable: experience supporting teams across multiple locations or geographies
