Requirements

• Hands-on coding leader
• 8+ years in applied machine learning or AI engineering with 3+ years in leadership
• Proven track record designing and deploying an AI product
• Strong expertise with LLMs, generative AI and ML workflows
• Hands-on experience building AI systems for customer-facing applications
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple high-impact projects
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
