Requirements

• 1+ year specializing in visual design for web, mobile, and/or digital marketing
• Online portfolio showing strong visual craft and user-centered design
• High proficiency in typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity
• Proven range across web, social, email, PDFs, decks, event materials, and digital campaigns
• Strong Figma skills with judgment for one-off vs reusable templates
• Comfortable using AI and template tooling to produce volume at high bar
• Comfort delivering high-quality work quickly in fast-paced creative environment
