Requirements

• 3-5+ years in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Generalist role
• Strong experience supporting employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance
• Experience with benefits, leaves, offboarding, and employment changes
• Ability to advise employees/managers and escalate high-risk matters
• Strong judgment and discretion handling confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Rippling experience preferred
