Requirements

• 7+ years in AI/ML engineering with 4+ years in deep learning
• Strong understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms and applications
• Expertise in computer vision and natural language processing
• Proficiency in PyTorch and/or TensorFlow for large-scale models
• Experience with transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning
• Hands-on computer vision: detection, segmentation, tracking
• Strong Python with distributed training and model optimization
• Understanding of sequential decision-making and control systems
• Experience with MLOps including versioning, monitoring, deployment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
