Requirements

• 8+ years supporting C-suite, founder, or high-profile leader in fast-paced startup
• Exceptional judgment and discretion handling highly confidential information
• Highly organized, detail-oriented operator who builds systems and anticipates needs
• Proven ability orchestrating complex local and global travel for high-profile individual
• Strong written and verbal communicator able to adapt to different working styles
• Proficient with tools like Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini, Google Workspace, Slack, Signal
• Willing to work in San Francisco office 5 days a week with flexibility to travel to Palo Alto
• Comfortable in high-stakes, time-sensitive environments with minimal direction
