Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership across full stack development
- Shipped a production API or application on top of generative models and owned end-to-end output quality
- Meaningful backend or systems depth and can work through the user-facing surface
- Built or used evaluations for nondeterministic systems and know where those evaluations can mislead
- Worked closely with researchers and can turn product evidence into a precise capability request
- Acts without waiting for fully specified tickets while aligning clearly on the product bet and constraints
